instant noodles recommendations for smo who finds shin ramen spicy

I love instant noodles/ramen but I can't with the majority's spice and for reference I find the shin original to be very spicy since I have quite a low spice tolerance...does anyone have recommendations on what to try...💔😭

Nabbed some super rare flavors for Europe!!

I'm a big Buldak fan from Poland. I last had the jjajang over a year ago, really missed it! Had no idea the Lovely Hot was still produced either. Super excited to eat these!!

Not what I expected.

I’ve had several Buldak but tried this for the first time today. It was good but the sweet aspect had kind of a maple syrup vibe to me. Not bad, just caught me off guard. I’ll eat it again mostly because I bought a five pack.

My kind of comfort food

I can't hold chopsticks. Guys I really don't know what kind of ramen my country (Iran) sells that are like this I couldn't add the right flare.

Chicken breast with bell pepper, onions, corn, mushrooms and tomato paste with soy sauce and chilli sauce plus minced garlic and green onions. Meat flavor

How do you guys choose to offset the unhealthiness of instant ramen?

I know you can add vegetables and what not, but does anything truly offset the negative impacts of the fatty/processed nature of instant noodles? They’re easily my favorite food to cook at home and I do add vegetables, but part of me wonders if I should be eating them at all.

Chapagetti Powder?

Hi,
Does anyone know what this type of sauce is called? Or is there any way to get the sauce-powder alone?
Thx

Daily ramen tasting: Scallion oil with ramen VS Sichuan pepper mixed with ramen

Ingredients: high-protein ramen, hot scallion oil, and Sichuan pepper sauce.

Has anyone tried the scallion oil noodles from Shaxian Snacks?

These two types of ramen are more nutritious, chewier, and savvier.

Is the swicy buldak worth trying?

Just saw that my local asian grocery store has the swicy buldak. I'm curious to know how it tastes, so I want to hear y'alls opinions first. For reference I LOVE the rose(my fav), cream carbonara and carbonara. My spice tolerance is clearly a joke lol

The quattro cheese was extremely spicy for me and I didn't like it at all. Corn and cheese was meh, not getting them again.

Could this be the best bowl of instant ramen ever?

Went crazy and decided to combine my two favorite instant noodles into one. I used the soup powder and oil from Nissan Roah tonkotsu and the noodles, spice packet, and vegetable flakes from shin black ramyum.

The result was… just okay. I think adding the full shin spice packets was a mistake. I’m not a wimp with spicy food but I think it overpowered the wonderful soup base of the roah a little bit. It tasted like a slightly fatty spicy broth, which was nice but not quite what I was hoping for.

Also is it me or are Shin’s noodles not as chewy or al dente as they used to be?
