Thought I was making chicken tacos….

Thought I was making chicken tacos….

Didn’t realize I only had a hot n spicy chili packet left.

Normally use 80/20 or 73/27….a can of al pato yellow instead of water. A can of hot green chiles. Or a jalapeño or pepper out of my freezer. Havnt made chicken in a while. Boneless/skinless thighs I trimmed.

Reduced. Guess the chili picket did its thing. And I’m eating chili not burritos for a few days. Get some sour cream and crackers. Good to go. Also mouth is on fire. Shit is hot.

Homemade chicken burgers curly fries n onion rings! For the man

I totally over battered my onion rings, but my new spiralizer for fries didn’t fail! Maggi seasoning on it all.

Ground chicken patties, only pickles cheese and mayo, on the new spicy brioche buns with the old lady on the bag lol.

It’s not the prettiest looking but it tastes so good.

Butter croissants, egg, honey ham, cheddar cheese, bacon, salt and black truffle boursin cheese

Boyfriends hangover brekkie

Bbq pork chops, marinated overnight in buffalo bullseye bbq and extra paprika with whole chilis, four sunny side eggies (he says they’re veggies) and three hashbrown bricks, homemade in the air fryer. Oh and cheese. Lots of cheese. Served with extra bbq and the new soy ginger Diana sauce.

Recreating 90's cafeteria pizza

First time using grocery store raw dough. I wish it was thinner. Reminds me of "Mexican pizza" entrée. It's a mix of mozzarella, and plastic cheddar, with pork sauaage bits. I wish I had a heat lamp...

Rice or Pasta?

I just realized I have no tortillas but I made taco meat and have the rest of the stuff. Do I use white rice(jasmine if that matters) or pasta noodles?
