A pathia-esque curry using raspberry jam in place of mango chutney, served with liberally cloved oven rice, a glass of shiraz and much needed omeprazole

A mango chutney-less interpretation of pathia, using raspberry jam.

With added bonus of freeing up a mug which had frozen base in it.

Having used one sauce pack previously for 2 bricks of noodles I found myself with a spare sauce pack, into some steak, onions and egg noodles it went.

Some light sweating and runny nose later, it was rather delicious.

Sirloin, onion, egg noodles, 2X spicy buldak sauce

Could have lived wirhout the carbs but seemed obligatory.
