Some healthy high protein breakfasts I usually make for myself. I use around 3-4eggs per omelette. I’ve recently started adding more fruits in my diet. Everything is unsweetened.
Good breakfast Truely makes or breaks my day.
I love making Coconut water matcha Or almond milk hazelnut iced latte every morning 😋
I’ve recently also added chia seeds in my diet, for fibre and gut health. It has increased my water intake too because I make cute fun hydrating beverages these days. My recent one being brewed hibiscus flower tea, with 15-20ml amla juice, 1 spoon chia seeds, sometimes coconut water or normal water and lots of ice.
