My mom just gave me 3 dozen eggs & a gallon of milk. I’m one little lady living alone- what all do I make to use this up before it goes bad?

Basically the title- my mom just gave me a bunch of eggs and milk. Apparently someone gave them to her & she doesn’t cook really so she gave them to me. I’m not a big milk drinker (though I can eat a block of cheese for dinner & would be content lol) & just a fledgling little cook, like I can do hard boiled eggs & probably an omelette but I’ve never made an omelette before, just helped my grandma make deviled eggs when I was a kid. What are some ways I can cook these bad boys up? I like to make big batches of stuff at one time so things that can keep in the fridge for a bit or in the freezer would be super awesome. Thanks guys!

Edit: HOLY CANNOLI you guys are amazing! Thank you guys so much for all the ideas! I’m definitely gonna try making my own cheese since it’s literally my favorite thing in the world. And SO MANY great ideas for using the eggs- I’m excited to try making my first ever quiche, I’m gonna try using some to make salmon patties with some canned salmon I’ve got, also gonna try to remember grandma’s deviled egg recipie, and I’m for sure gonna try to pickle some (I love pickles but have never tried pickled eggs- oooh I’m excited)!

Thank you!!!!!

So, with the utterly astounding (to me) number of nurses I’ve personally interacted with & also all the ones I’ve heard about being anti-vax, why don’t nursing licensing boards start revoking nursing licenses of those nurses since they are obviously a danger to patients?

I’m a former paramedic & even back then I thought it was weird how someone can be a nurse, but yet somehow deny that vaccines are safe & that they work. Then after I left EMS & started working as a phleb at a hospital during covid, it blew my mind even more that nurses can also be dealing with that shit daily but still somehow think it’s a hoax. I literally just read a comment on another thread on Reddit that was from someone claiming to be a nurse that was telling someone to take fucking ivermectin, in 2026!

I just dont understand how they don’t get their licenses revoked? Like, if you don’t believe in vaccines or covid, how the hell can you be trusted that you retained/learned any knowledge from school to be providing safe care? How can you be trusted around patients to give them care if you don’t believe in a fundamental part of preventative care or that a fucking virus is real?! When are we going to start reporting these crazy nurses (also paramedics & other licensed patient care staff) to their licensing boards & when will they actually start doing anything?

Cuz this is a problem. Especially with the nursing shortages, it feels like the next time I’m gonna have to go to a hospital, it will be a gamble if my nurse is gonna be some young thing fresh out of college that might kill me with a med error or if they will be a middle aged covid/vaccine denier that might give me covid & kill me (but not before recommending me to take some random fucking supplement from overseas that also might kill me). At least being new & making mistakes sucks but is normal & can be helped/fixed. There’s no fixing someone who’s decided they don’t believe in science

I added a bunch of sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg, & a little bit of cinnamon to the apple butter & mixed the hell out of it with a spoon for a few mins (until my arm got tired lol). Put it in the fridge while I rolled out a package of crescent roll dough & spread some soft butter onto it. Got the apple butter mix out of the fridge & spread that on top of the butter. Cut into strips & rolled them up & baked on 375f for about 25ish minutes (I was kinda drunk so I don’t remember exactly, it was just about twice as long as the package said to cook the rolls- I just went with vibes & took them out when they looked done enough). These things are freaking amazing!
