I know pesto on a grilled cheese can be devisive but I didn't have any soup to pair with it so I thought it would be a good addition. Definitely making it again~

And tomato soup

Grilled Wheat Bread, Monterey Colby Cheddar, Peppered Turkey slice

Crispy bacon, fresh onion and caramelised onion inside, a slice of homemade melty cheese slices using sodium citrate, extra mature cheddar, apple wood smoked cheddar, gouda, double glouster and red Lester, and then also a mix of those same cheeses grated packed in either side. There was so much cheese a lot of it melted out of the side and crisped up in the pan creating an unintentional crispy cheese skirt which made it taste so much better

My wife made these beauties. Grocery store bakery farm style bread with a cultured French butter crust, gruyere Swiss cheese and a middle of Trader Joe’s rosemary ham. So delicious.

Today’s lunch: Naked potato bread, butter and sharp cheddar. I ate half before I remembered to take pics…hope that’s allowed!

Grilled cheese using rice bread and the second one with Hainanese bread, some grilled chicken, an egg, and tomato soup. She's the best and I'm grateful 😭🙏🏼

This has cemented my stance as a forever butter user.

Each slice of Trader Joe’s sourdough is toasted on BOTH sides with salted butter for maximum crispiness. Two slices of Boar’s Head Vermont Cheddar in the middle. Not a very cheesy grilled cheese, but it’s my grilled cheese ❤️🧀
