Sardine Sandwich - Nuri Extra Spicy Sardines in Olive Oil
Had to share my lunch today - it's tomato season here, and I had fresh bread, & this Nuri tin to try, so the stars really just aligned for me to make the most perfect sardine sandwich!
Just used the sardines, a bit of mayo, some diced castelvetrano olives & pickled garlic, and also diced up some of the peppers from the tin and added them in. Absolutely bangin' sandwich!
Corned beef and cabbage sandwich
I’ll get some rye in a lil bit but I had to make a sandwich immediately. Made corned beef and cabbage for the first time, in a crockpot with equal parts beef stock and yuengling black and tan, and a few oz of muscadine juice.
Sandwich- leftover hamburger bun, French’s mustard on both sides, 2 slices of habanero cheddar, corned beef, cabbage leaves, more corned beef, dill pickle slices, juices for dippin’.
Edit- I did not get this from leatherface. Also, if you check my most recent post, I have a (hopefully) more attractive image of the non-sandwichified meal.
Any liverwurst fans?

Possibly my Magnum Opus
Definitely in the top 3 of all-time for sandwiches I have made for myself. Leftover chicken saltimbocca (prosciutto and sage) cutlets with melted mozzarella, homemade roasted red pepper, arugula, sundried tomato, on a sub roll with pesto spread and drizzled balsamic glaze. It was divine.
Grilled goodness
