Chuck patty, deli American on an English Muffin... with a little ray of light.

Ball park dog with dill relish, sweet onion, sport peppers, mustard and celery salt.

I saw several comments over the past few weeks about how good these were for tacos, decided to try them. Overall, good flavor and texture, 10/10 will buy again.

I'll start by saying I'm relatively new to all things cast iron..

purchased this from an antique shop and it felt sticky, I washed it as best I could then threw it in the oven. It started smoking badly, there's clearly oil of some kind on it but I don't want to cook food with random oil on it.

Any tips suggestions this community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
