Nuggets, Tots, Soft fried egg omelette, chile lime grilled onions, shredded and cotija cheese, Avocado salsa, and Ghost hot sauce.
(I was sooo baked) 🥴

I got a vegetarian burrito with queso, guacamole, corn salsa, brown rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, black beans, lettuce, and Sofritas (a plant-based protein option served at Chipotle, made from shredded tofu braised in a spicy, smoky sauce of chipotle chiles, roasted poblanos, tomatoes, onions, and spices.)

Had leftover tofu scramble so I made a breakfast burrito.

I was so hungry, I forgot to melt the cheese—still good, but better with melted cheese.

Light was a bit weird, but I was focused on munching…

I was hankering for a burrito today, so I decided to make my own! Everything made from scratch, except the tortilla and the cheese!
The salsa is Roma tomatoes, with the seeds and pulp removed, quarter of an onion, a jalapeño with no seeds and a bunch of cilantro. Threw in a small piece of dried chipotle for a little flavor.
The rice was made with some chicken stock and the leftover liquid from the salsa I made.
Burrito was delicious! Made it kind of small so I’m gonna go back for a second one right now!

An al pastor burrito from this street food place that pops up down the street from time to time. They have the vertical spit and everything 😎

Keeping it simple this morning.

Spicy grilled chicken with fried potatoes topped with pepper fried rice, roasted corn, avocado, garden tomatoes and cilantro.

Chorizo egg and cheese burritos with a side of avocado, mayo burritos!

I posted a rib eye, onion, mushroom burrito snack the other day and pissed some people off.. tell me , how does my avocado burrito make you feel?

14 ppl one house, last day of vaca clearing the fridge so we don’t have to take it back home!
