Truly no rhyme or reason to my glucose readings.
Two hours after a meal I’m routinely at 120 or lower. When I’m not around a more “normal” number like that, I’ll be in the 70s or 80s instead, no matter what I eat — high carb or low carb, there doesn’t seem to be a correlation. But in the morning, right after waking, some times it’s at 110. Others it’s in the 90s. What would explain these weird readings? And can you have the “dawn effect” without diabetes?
