The neighbor gave me some pork butt he smoked. Did the sensible thing and made some ‘chos.

sneaky dees, toronto. black beans, habaneros and a bunch of guac/avocado. they’re my fave.

4 layer meat, cheese, veg, mushroom heart attack nachos. Not pictured queso and guac

Dinner was absolutely scrumptious this evening! Yum!

Messy eats

Beef, black olive, black beans, jalapeño, tomatoes, okra, colby jack, white cheddar, and parmesan.

Salsa, guacamole, sour cream and peppers on the side.

First time eating nachos. My family loved.

Wild Alaska salmon caught by some friends, smoked and canned by my husband. 🥰

Not bad especially for a brew house, I get these regularly and they always hit

From a Sushi restaurant called Ma-Se just north of Orlando. They were excellent. Tuna, crab, cilantro, tempura, sauce. Dripped some soy sauce on these monsters. They held together well too. There was a 4th but I got greedy before snapping a picture.
