This is why I love local restauraunts instead of chains worried about profit margins on a national level. And the best part is, every chip is layered! You know how some nachos have all the toppings on top and then the bottom is just dry chips.

This one has a bed of chips, toppings, and then another bed of chips with toppings on top again. The sauces on the side are extra queso and seasoned sour cream.

Got them at a local place in Vegas called Cafe Rio 10/10

I found this in south korea.

I needed to make nacho cheese for the scones.
You don’t need all the cheese, so I used the rest for nachos.

These were surprisingly great. Crispy cup pepperoni and a very nice sauce. Would honestly murder a tray of these anytime. Definitely the best of the 5 we had this week.

Grays Verde Loaded Nachos Grays Restaurant and Bar Vancouver, WA What's on Them... Crisp house-fried tortilla chips topped with slow-simmered pork chile verde, ranchero black beans, and a rich red chile cheese fonduta. Garnished with fresh cilantro and green onion for a vibrant finish. Extra sloppy but decent.

Spicy grilled chicken, jalapeño bacon pieces, cheddar cheese, fire roasted corn off the cob, garden tomatoes, avocado, sour cream and fresh lime.
