Why don't you guys sell your gravy mix in stores? That'd slap. Like how chik-fil-a sells their sauce bottles, wendys sells their chili, etc. Ya'll need to get your gravy in grocery stores already. Also, you ever thought about selling poutine? Already have fries and gravy, this would also slap lol. Jus some free ideas for the cause
Why do I feel like I'm in the twilight zone and am the only one who remembers this?
I have an interview at my local KFC tomorrow and i’m quite stressed, I have a nose piercing which i can easily take out but i just got my eyebrow done 2 months ago and cannot take it out because it will heal up. I’m not sure what to do as it says no jewellery allowed - i’ve worn a plaster over it to bed before but i’d look like a bit of an idiot with it on for an interview.
edit: I live in the UK
Tried the big box combo or whatever it’s called because the app had a BOGO offer. I saw some people’s posts on here and the popcorn chicken looked pretty good, of course when I get them they’re hard as rocks and can literally taste the burntness to it. I’m done with KFC in my town 😭💔
Crazy about the salted caramel sauce!! Please make them again!!
what do i have to get?
I travel for work and am alone. I’ve been craving some KFC. Last time was like 3 weeks ago when I got the $10 popcorn bucket. I enjoyed it. Got a side of gravy for dipping.
I see this BOGO big box meal offer. I would only order it because it seems like a good deal. This would be what I would order. Good deal?
for context, at least for my location we are expected to sell minimum 10 cakes a day. 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon.
My manager made like a “manager special” and it’s a meal that includes a cake to get our cake sales up, i’m just curious if anyone else has something similar or not 😭
KFC on the surface seems not to be improving their food quality offerings while keeping items relatively over-priced; incidentally, several stores have been permanently closing in the market I live in...
As it has a lot of heavy competition as of now, where do you see this chain's future in the US markets??
Can anyone explain to me for a higher priced sized family meal I now receive a thumb sized side item? Thank got I only paid $60 for the 12 piece instead of the 16 price that might of cost me my house payment. And still got 1/2 person sides. 😑
I recently got offered an interview at kfc and is scheduled to happen on a few days. Is there anything I should know before I go into the jnterview, any questions I should practice, any extra advice yoy think would be useful. I appreciate any advice. Thanks!!
I don’t know what sides to try. I considered the mac & cheese but it’s $1 less in price, so I’m thinking it might not as good as Popeyes (i.e. cheaper ingredients)
Went to KFC tonight. I ordered a bucket with two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, plus an extra side of mac and cheese.
The workers were curt and the customer service was poor, which unfortunately feels pretty normal at this location. Before heading home, I checked the bags. It was dark, but the order looked right on the surface.
Once we got home and sat down for dinner, we realized they had given us one mashed potato and two mac and cheeses. I called and explained the issue. The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful, and I basically had to say, “I’m coming back to get the missing potatoes,” because it wasn’t offered. I was polite and friendly the entire time.
When I got back to the drive-thru, I said, “I’m just here to pick up the potatoes.” She immediately responded, “Did you bring the mac and cheese back?”
No one mentioned that on the phone. She then said it was “policy.” I understand mistakes happen, and I was perfectly willing to drive back so they could fix it. What bothered me was the way she spoke to me, like I had done something wrong by not bringing back food they had mistakenly given me. I had already made another trip because of their error, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I drove around to the window, and she handed me the potatoes and said, “For future reference, next time you need to bring the food back.”
The whole thing felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Just curious: is it actually KFC policy to expect you to bring back an incorrect side when they mess up your order? I’ve never heard of this before — anywhere. In fact, the opposite is usually true. They’ll say to keep the food or throw something extra in for the inconvenience. Super weird.

The Teriaki was very rich but i felt it paired well with the spices.
The Garlic Parm was a bit strong. The after taste was better than the initial taste unfortunatly every bite gave the initial taste.
The kfc original sauce can stay in a burger as far as im concerned as a very mid relish.
I hope they get honey mustard in stock for my next visit.
