Just thrown in some veggies, a lot of seasoning and ramen to the pan. I'm lazyyy but it was good
Maultaschen and veggies in cream sauce with chickn, a fridge clean out bowl with caramelized homemade cabbage kimchi and a limoncello and lemon curd tiramisu with homemade savoiardi. Can’t wait to cut and try it tomorrow.

I hadn't had such good gelato since I went vegan, and their whipped cream is unreal🙌🏼
There's a 30 minutes line all day everyday since they opened, and we all know they wouldn't have this success if they were more publicly vegan
Semolina dough filled with potatoes, sausage, fennel seeds, brokkoli, onions, olives and cheese. Now I’m ready to tackle scacciata ragusana.

Relatively inexpensive and low effort but a step up from pasta and tofu scramble. I'm tired of eating the same stuff and want to start expanding my cooking skills. I'm not ready to bake bread though😭
I used this recipe for the cheese curd https://vancouverwithlove.com/easy-vegan-poutine/.
I don't think I cooked it long enough though, the curds were still a bit soft.. Then I made a gravy with vegan butter, flour, veg stock and a little Kashmiri chilli for color and heat.
Made pizza beans using this: https://www.eatfigsnotpigs.com/cheesy-pizza-beans-vegan/
Added half a cup of tvp to up the protein and didn’t even notice it so I’m thinking of increasing it next time I make this.
