The sauce is made after a recipe by @vegan.auf.bayrisch, plus garlic powder and noosh. I also used more oat cream than him.

The Schnitzel is the "Rewe Beste Wahl Schnitzel vegan 200g"

(one piece is 100g) It was not too dry or fatty. I like it.

I put Lemon on the Schnitzel and also a bit on the Salat plus Olive oil.

Spelt Pasta with Olive oil, Red onion, garlic, tomato, barilla Pesto Rosso vegan Version, Pasta water, Not Milk, nutritional yeast, dried herbs, Salt and pepper.
