Impossible steak and potato wedge burritos
Too good. It was my first time with them and they got overcooked a bit. But def going to give them another shot since I never met an impossible product I didn’t like.

Always amazing. Nora’s recipe. I use the oil in the sun dried tomato jar instead of just olive oil. And yalllll! Just shopped in a normal grocery store the other day and discovered Daring shredded!! It’s amazing. I used to use the regular daring and try to slice it thinly but it still had that fake meat chunky texture I didn’t care for. This is perfection and I can’t wait to make chik’n enchiladas with it next.
Been making this forever. It’s always the same and always delicious. My teenagers favorite soup I make. Served with fabulous sourdough bread.

3 types of beans, canned tomatoes, spices, 3 bell peppers, zucchini, onion, and a little ground be’f.
First time, was lovely. I don’t have a cast iron but just made it in a pie pan per Nora’s instructions. Was very tasty, will get nice cream in for next time.
Very tasty. Made as is, except for the marscapone. I used cream cheese instead. Was great, and teenager approved.
I did half the cheese cause it still is vegan cheese and for the most part we don’t love it too much. Was delicious. Super creamy.
I’ve made these once before and they were so loved, they were requested for the special birthday meal. They really deliver guys. Just unreal. 12/10.
Been making this for years, I remember putting it in mini bread bowls in 2020. It’s super duper delicious and no fake cheese used.
Okay Nora, I know you love your lemon but slow you’re roll 😆 I used half of what was written (a suggestion in the comments) and it was a lot lol. But never have I used silken tofu before and it was an exceptional sauce builder!
I’ve been indulging in Nora Cooks fabulous and approachable recipes for years. It was about time I supported her and was gifted this for Mother’s Day. It’s gorgeous!!!
Ground be’f, doctored refried beans, sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo.
Homemade enchilada sauce, homemade cheese sauce, and homemade “taco meat”.
The filing is made with riced cauliflower, mushrooms, and walnuts 😆 and spices. It did take me probably a solid 2 hours. Hubby gave it a 10/10. I thought it was super delicious but boy did it take forever.
Holy smokes! First time making these. Knocked my socks off. Queen Nora for the win again!
