Holy moly spice level 10
So last time I posted, I made a salsa that had too many tomatoes and came out bland.
This time it was so hot, I couldn’t eat it! Added more lime, onion and tomatoes.
Used raw onion, garlic, & added a handful of cilantro

Hello salsa lovers!
So for the past decade I’ve always used el pato plus fresh tomatoes, lime, onion, cilantro and garlic.
I honestly love the flavor but want to work on not using cans for flavor.
I made a salsa yesterday and it’s missing something.
Ingredients:
5 farm fresh tomatoes
4 farm fresh tomatillos
1 jalapeño
Boiled those then blended with cilantro, onion, Mexican spice seasoning, salt, lime, 3 garlic cloves and a little water
I feel like it tastes bland? I added more salt and it’s just isn’t it. :/
Help!
I’m having a hard time choosing! It will be hot and the wedding will be outdoors. Dress code is semi formal (sundresses, etc in the event description. Event said dress as a 6 or 7, not a 9 lol.
