Usually it only comes with one patty, but this double was too pretty not to share.

- house-ground sausage patty (x2)

- fried egg

- american cheese

- freshly made english muffin

When we opened our spot, one breakfast sammie I knew I wanted to do above all else was a bangin' sausage, egg and cheese. I spent a lot of time perfecting my breakfast sausage recipe, which we grind in-house.

Some say it's sacrelige to put American cheese next to house-made sausage and english muffins, but I feel like it's sacrelige to make a sausage breakfast sandwich without it.

Went camping and cooked some burgers on the fire. The cheeseburgers were ok, but the time spent cooking and enjoying them around a campfire with the fam was priceless.

Ghost pepper jack cheese and lettuce, topped with jalapeño-cilantro aioli and onion straws

Bachelor night dinner.

Double, grilled onions, white american, bacon, Swiss, tomato, pickles and local Steakburger sauce on a grilled pretzel bun.

It was a lot but it was worth it.

Used a different seasoning so some parts a lil too salty but still great. Gotta figure out the right ratio. Family was happy so I’m happy.

Caramelized white onions, 'Merican chee, 80/20 beef, & sriracha mayo on toast, with OreIda Fast Food Fries on one of my mom's plates. Cannot explain how completely awesome it was.

Under that forest of arugula is a bacon and American topped squish burger (quasi-smash). Never lettuce, only a massive pile of arugula. Beat it, I dare you!
