I've had my 2024 Rav4 TRD "Swamp Thing" for a year or so, and have been at the wheel when I heard something that reminded me of "baseball cards clipped to a bike frame to interact with the spokes" sound. I heard it, turned down the radio, and pulled over. The clicking slowed as I slowed. It stopped when I stopped. I started off again and there was no sound.
It happened again this week, fast clicking that slowed and stopped as I did. Starting off again and no sound. Weird.

Does this sound familiar to any of y'all?

So I watched a bunch of YT vids on upgrading Swamp Thing's wimpy stock horn, and figured it would be easy. 10- and 12mm bolts, some pop pins and a Hella two-pack snail-style horn to swap in for the meeps.

My 2024 Rav4 TRD's front isn't like any of the YT vids. There's no shroud to remove, and the horn is sitting right there. The single horn. I didn't look TOO hard, but I could only find the one. Meep, then. Just meep.

I could unplug the stock horn wire harness, and unbolt it and its mounting hardware from the mount point, but I could NOT get it off the mounting hardware. Additionally, I could not get the metal mount off of the Hella anyway. So, fail.

I would appreciate any advice from the TRD set here if they've been able to swap in a new horn. And I would appreciate advice from all y'all If you know if there's another horn hiding somewhere, and maybe if you've been able to get the horn and metal dingus separated.
