We have a TON of vanity plates in NH (2nd only to VA) and I'm not going to bother with names and boring ones, but I can't figure this one out...603 is the NH area code, and I've got a feeling one of you will crack this one 🤷

It was on a Tesla but I have nothing.

Maybe something to do with the sticker? Can't make it out.
