I ,21F, am a recent graduate. Tier 1.5/2(idk what ppl call it ive heard both) with 8.53 cg. Since first year, ive done internships after every year. I got an on campus placement for 6 month internship. It finished in june. We were told we will be told abt our conversion before it ends and then they just started delaying. Its been a month and half and no revert from their side. One of the interns talked to hr(only one hr who didnt ghost us) and he said they have halted fresher’s hiring with no eta for future.
I have been applying to sm jobs ever since but no reply since. I have used referrals i have used everything. I feel the pay might be an issue as well. I had stipend of 50k and 12lpa as fte package. I expect 10+lpa as full time rn since ill be sole earning person for a few months or years. I’m just tired and i have developed such anxiety that i have chest pain almost daily and can literally not sleep(barely been sleeping for 4-5 hrs). What can be done in this market
I’m so grateful for the community i have built both online and offline and so grateful for the orders i have received.
