thief took my bike, help identify please

mini bike got stolen. looking for this guy if he looks familiar to anyone in Phoenix. Please be kind.

Hi everyone, I have a room for rent available immediately but move in date can be flexible- for one individual in a 3bd2.5ba house in Southwest Phoenix for $750/mo. $500 deposit required to move in, lease is 3 months months long with option to renew and move with us if it’s a good fit (we are all moving to the east side in about 4 months). I’m also open to doing month to month and will be background checking. Utilities will be split between the 4 of us. My boyfriend and I occupy the master and you will share a bathroom with another male. All common spaces are shared, and the house is fully furnished (room furniture can be removed). Some furniture has been updated, so the house doesn’t look exactly like these pics. There is street parking right in front of the house. You must be pet friendly because there are dogs and cats in the house but unfortunately we cannot accept any more.

We are all working professionals aged 27-40 who like to lounge around and chill on our days off. It’s important for us to find someone who’s clean. There are no shoes allowed in the house, and you are expected to clean up after yourself. Sparco seat, with ECMLink v3 + brand new FIC 1220CC injectors and a Megan racing down pipe with a cat delete. You can tell by the big injectors we were planning on making some power.

The car starts and runs but the power steering is out and I’ve already replaced the power steering pump and the rack so I think it’s gotta be something small but I’m done dealing with it.

Car comes as is, with the sparco seat, ECMLink v3 and everything else I’ve done to it (replaced windshield and alternator ) I’m looking for $3,900. If I fix the power steering and paint it and add an Apple CarPlay unit I know this thing would easily go for $5k in today’s used car market.

Hi everyone! I am a glass artist local to Glendale and I’m looking for people who would like to trade for artwork or stained glass lessons. Things I’m interested in include:

Edit: More specifically, it’s located off 22nd Street and Oak in between Thomas and McDowell, just west of 24th Street. None of the maps I have looked at show it is as a high crime area - marked as low with borders on some medium areas.
