Mortadella, cheddar and smoked cheese, sweet-and-sour grilled onions, fresh red onions, a juicy tomato slice, salt and black pepper.

Everything pan roasted. A guilty late night pleasure for the group.😋

Chicken leg quarters with mustard cream sauce for those who didn’t want rabbit (or weren’t sure), roasted potatoes, buttered green beans, La Vieille Ferme white.

Toasted brioche bun, 2 over medium fried eggs, brown sugar ham, cheddar and American cheese.

Some chorizo would have been nice with some pico de gallo and sour cream, but I didn’t have any of those. How old you like them?
