Another Sausage and Hot Giardiniere Thin Crust

I posted one of these a couple nights ago and people seemed to like it. I had leftover ingredients and dough so I used them up. I didn’t cure the dough this time and surprisingly, I think this one came out even better. I’m going to do some more experimenting on cure times to see if I can figure this out. The pizza was just as crispy and had a bit more crumb texture. It may simply be the extra 40 hours or so of the dough fermenting. Idk.

Pet Mess

My wife and I are new to short term renting. We use Evolve and currently have a tenant that booked through AirBnB and checks out tomorrow morning. They booked 6 nights, 2 adults, 1 dog.

My wife noticed on the front doorbell cam that they have been taking poop bags from inside the house out to the garbage can several times over the last few days. They also have two dogs not one.

On a video from yesterday, both the husband and the wife were taking out the trash and can be heard discussing a mess that the dogs had made in the house.

Woman: There was poop probably on the couch.

Man: Oh, all over that.

Woman: And then all over his... he wiped his...
Man: Oh yeah.

Man: There was poop all over here in this corner.
Man: All over here...

Woman: Seriously?

My question: is there anything that we can proactively do other than wait for them to vacate and assess the damage?

After, is it just an insurance claim?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
