



My 2nd attempt on toasted buttered marbled rye with grape jelly top with chips tossed in melted PB and chopped bacon. I had bacon left over from breakfast.
Might have been overkill, but I wanted to use up the sprouts and avocado before it went bad. Grated cheddar cheese in the omelette topped with jalapeno jack cheese, guacamole, sprouts, sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon on a soft ciabatta bun.

It was too hot to grill but I made extra bulgogi patties early this week. So it was fast sandwich to make, just heat and assemble with Cooper cheese. Beef is a blend of chuck, sirloin, and brisket.
Made couple of bulgogi patties early this week with Chuck, brisket, and sirloin mix. Just heat, add Cooper cheese, and assemble on toasted bun.

I was getting low in eggs, so I tried a new pancake recipe and it turned out pretty good. I normally use buttermilk but was determined not to make a special trip to the store. No sausage or bacon, either. Still satisfying with added blueberries, butter, and maple syrup.

It's my go-to sub because the cheese adds enough blend of saltiness that I crave.
I prefer the flavor combination of carrots, celery, and green bell peppers in the stew.
