First time trying this food truck called Uncle B's Philly Cheesesteak from Hbg, PA. It was one of the better ones with no gristles and melted Cooper Sharp cheese and onions.

It was really a casserole that I purchased at a hot bar in our local farm store. Decided to crisp it up in a skillet.

Beef is 85/15 blend with Cooper cheese. I planned to use raw onion, but last minute threw them in the pan with beef patties.

I had 85/15 ground beef but no buns. So I toasted English muffins and top the burger with Cooper cheese.
