Had a really bad day and was in need for some comfort food

Always wanted to try a classic North Shore of Boston roast beef sammich. This one didn't disappoint! Sweet and tangy BBQ sauce with horseradish on rare roast beef on a toasted Onion Roll. Super tasty!

This is the meal I convinced my family to do for the 4th. We did grilled shrimp, crawfish etouffee, dirty rice, maque shoux, greens, potato salad. Nephew made beignets. Was awesome.

Giving to a neighbor!

Made some Shakshuka for my wifes bday this week. Turned out really nicely.

Ground lamb blended with red bell peppers, garlic and parsley grilled on skewers then rolled and sliced in a lavash bread, topped with tomato sauce and yogurt. Served with onions, carrots, pickled red cabbage, white and bulgar rice.

Made this for breakfast/ brunch

Love making multi colored pasta...hours to make and prepare for 5 minutes of eating 😀..

I smoked some chunks of marinated pork belly on this hot fourth of july. This particular sandwich is garnished with liverwurst paté, quick pickled radish and carrot, garden cilantro, and a first for me; homemade kimchi.

Great way to celebrate the day.
