Cool dinner for a hot evening.

I make a dish from the host country for every F1 race. The British Grand Prix was last weekend.

I came across this subreddit a couple weeks ago and was inspired to give it a try. I'm normally an early rider, so I'm used to starting in the dark. I rode 10:30 to 2, mostly on trails instead of road. Several long sections of trail I was able to turn my lights off and ride by moonlight I mean light pollution.

I loved it and will definitely do it again soon.
