To go or not to go. That is the question...

Been four years since it's been found, would you even waste your time?

What's the process of disabling geocaches that good years without being found?

I wish I could be there for my mom.

I didn't have my Mom growing up, she moved out when I was 3 due to bipolar schefrenia...

Long story short, I'm 36 now and have so many questions. I get the name of the place she's at and they can't tell me anything about her cuz HIPAA...

The lady I talked to said if my mom would sign a release of information she can tell me things, but she's asleep....

My mom cannot take care of herself, hence her moving into a home to be taken care of.

It breaks my heart to call and even ask, now I'm left in the same position. If my Mom can't take care of herself how is she allowed to say who and who can be informed of her medical situation?

I want to advocate for her because she has nobody. She was homeless for awhile and it broke my heart to hear that.

Even though I don't know her, I love her and want to help but I can't. She has nobody, how is this fair?

What to do...

What are you doing?Somebody continues to send you photos with a caption. But no question and nothing else.

I used to respond in ask a question to initiate conversation... But now that it's become a regular pattern and I feel like i'm carrying the weight of the conversation and building resentment towards this person , what are you doing this situation?

I had one gal I finally had to block cuz she never would respond to me, just kept sending me photo updates of her weightloss journey it was so annoying!

Inspiration photo on left.

I agreed to the suggestion of going bigger on the tattoo. I asked for a purple hibiscus, which were my friend Katrina's favorite flower. I got this in memory of her after thinking about it for 11 years.

How to heal when you're mourning someone who's alive?

My mom moved into a home when I was 3. She's bipolar schizophrenic. I talked to her over the years, she'd ask me the same question over the course of years...

It's like she doesn't remember time, unable to grasp that concept. But she does remember me, who I am. But it's always been so extremely hard for me to "accept" her? If that makes sense. It makes me cry. Anyone talking about Mom's it makes me cry. I'm trying to not let the pain control me so much.

Anyone in a similar situation willing to share what has helped? I plan to talk to my therapist more about this, but it's such a hard topic! I've been mourning the loss of my mother since I was 3, but she's still alive.
