Finally have access to a good cheesesteak in the area. Cooper sharp, ribeye, onions on a Liscio’s seeded roll. Could do with a little more meat but it was delicious.

The original Tony Luke's had long been a pregame staple for my family and I. It's been off and on, but had been more on as of late. Licosio's seeded roll and wiz and cooper sharp with here. really nice.
EDIT: Thank you all so much for all the feedback I’m overwhelmed by all the kindness and comments on this post!

No good cheesesteaks in Boulder so I did something about it.
Grew up outside of philly.
Family had a pizza shop outside and in philly. Worked there thru college. Always looked forward to the 5am delivery of fresh amoroso's rolls. A fresh kaiser roll was heaven. That was in the 80s/90s.
I never once heard of seeded rolls then.
Since moved away to New England and heard about seeded rolls 5yrs ago. ( New England is horrible about cheese steaks :(...it's all steak and cheese , poor bread and hot pepper relish.....:(. It's like putting ketchup on spaghett
Also until never saw the cheese throughout the meat , it was always just on the bottom until about 10ish yrs ago I notice it in Philly ( but it's a mainstay in New England since I got here )
Was it always like this? Seeded rolls and cheese throughout out ? And I just didn't come across it? I ate a lot of cheese steaks through philly and the burbs.
It was dank and delish.
Sysco meat, Sysco cheese, Sysco bread, provolone with…… pretty trash, still scratches the itch.
Pretty good cheesesteak. They have both seeded and unseeded rolls, the meat is seared so you get some browned flavor, onions are thin, and lots of well melted cheese throughout. Good amount of meat too. I think I would have preferred just a little bit less chopped. Sorry for the terrible picture of the full thing.
Meat to bread ratio - A+ Flavor - A- Bread - D+
Tried a new spot today. Shaved ribeye, fried onions, and cooper sharp on a half seeded roll. The actual taste was really good. But the bread seemed to be stale, a little too dry and stiff. Overall, not bad
Has anyone been? How is it? Need to pick a May location for Cheesesteak Club. Planning Angelo's in June, but sticking in the burbs this month as its much easier. I have heard good things about Cleavers in the city, but nothing yet about Newtown Square. We are also considering Delco Steaks in Media and maybe Gouldsbuger in Ardmore, but the Newtown Square location of Cleavers is the best logistically.
We went to del rossi's in April - WOW, SO GOOD - so anything may feel like a step down, but we'll keep going...
Maybe not so visually appealing but tasted great. A couple good gut bombs.
Sadly, I had to split it with my wife.
Waited a while for the hype to die down and finally tried it. Got there at 11:55, doors were open and a dozen ppl had already ordered. Waited 15 minutes (they text you so u can walk around)
This seeded hero hoagie is magic. Best cheesesteak in NYC by a long shot.
*My bad guys, been in nyc for too long...
The cheesesteaks in NH usually aren't the best but this one definitely delivers! With an order of "spicy" fries fried in beef tallow
Beaver Falls has the Only 100% Authentic Cheesesteak in Western PA. All products come straight out of Philly including Amoroso's Italian rolls.
I don't know how authentic it is, but it sure is delicious!
