Two 1/3lb patties, 3 slices of bacon, grilled onions, American cheese, ketchup, mayo, and definitely a clogged artery or two... Simple and delicious.
Hey everyone, I'm really interested in getting a food truck sort of thing going for breakfast food and/or sandwich type stuff for lunch.
The thing is, I don't just want to hit festivals or events- any suggestions from anyone with ideas on locations or businesses to try and hit for daily food service? Maybe industrial parks or business centers that are lacking for food service?
Sausage egg and some Colby jack cheese on some sourdough French toast.
Had some leftover ribs and my favorite way to deal with that issue is to make sandwiches.

Mayo, red onions, pickles, some BBQ sauce and an unnecessary slice of Colby jack... So good
Local grocery store had a sale - $0.99/lb

So easy on the smoker and so dang good
I smoked some de-boned thighs and made some sandos with red onions, pickles, mayo and BBQ sauce. They were so tasty.
This post hit me like a ton of bricks: https://www.reddit.com/r/hamburgers/s/gn2DdFokw7
I haven't had an instant and overwhelming ping to my salivary glands like that in a long time.
This was my attempt to satisfy that garlic burger craving- onions and mushrooms cooked in truffle oil with a homemade creamy garlic aioli, Tillamook sharp white cheddar on a brioche bun.
It hit the spot, will definitely do these again, I think I may try a balsamic glaze with it next time too...
With sourdough toast, easy and delicious.
Made a bunch of meatballs for traditional meatball marinara subs, but decided to glaze a few with BBQ sauce and make some sandos. Turned out great!
Still tasted delicious
I have been seeing a bunch of these Italian sandwiches lately and it's been driving me crazy- I don't have any decent sandwich shops around here, so I gave it a shot myself.
Salamanca salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, cured chorizo, and ham. Provolone, burrata, balsamic glaze, oil, vinegar, mayo, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Lettuce, tomato, red onion and avocado on parmesan ciabatta.
I could only eat half, it hit the exact spot I was hoping for.
Came out pretty good, used parmesan to melt the onions together a little
Sourdough, avocado, grilled tomato, egg, spinach and feta
Added a hash brown patty because I found one in my freezer and it sounded good...
