I woke up and my first thought was a nice burger. Maybe I dreamed about Burgers? Idk but made one and it was delicious. Later I will go to the cinema and maybe have a burger again. Burger day?
First one is a double with bacon ketchup and pickles. Second is bacon, bbq sauce and extra hot honey
Two 2.5 oz 80/20 patties topped with copper sharp bacon and a random sauce I threw together. Perfection.
Mushrooms, minced garlic and white onions sautéed in truffle oil, muenster cheese, garlic aioli and vinaigrette glaze with bacon on brioche.

Chips
Marie piper / king Edward’s
Wet mix
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
250ml milk
Dry mix
200g plain flour
50g cornflour
4 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Celery salt
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Dried thyme
2 tsp Dried basil
2 tsp Dried oregano
2 tsp Ground white pepper
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Salt
Dip wet then dry (pat the mixture on)
Spray chicken and basket
Season the chips with dry mix
20 mins 180 degrees turn halfway
On a quest to devour every burger in my city. Some of them with chili, shredded lettuce and tomato are called fatboys (a traditional burger here). All have their own unique taste and twist so its hard to say which is a favourite so far.
I’ve tried to replicate Eddie special sauce from good burger.
I definitely think it might go to sauce for a burger now.
