Homemade hokkaido milk buns, heirloom tomato slices, bacon, American cheese, onion (raw and grilled), lettuce, pickles, mayo, and ketchup. One normal sized burger, one wide, hefty burger

Chips
Marie piper / king Edward’s
Wet mix
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
250ml milk
Dry mix
200g plain flour
50g cornflour
4 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Celery salt
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Dried thyme
2 tsp Dried basil
2 tsp Dried oregano
2 tsp Ground white pepper
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Salt
Dip wet then dry (pat the mixture on)
Spray chicken and basket
Season the chips with dry mix
20 mins 180 degrees turn halfway
On a quest to devour every burger in my city. Some of them with chili, shredded lettuce and tomato are called fatboys (a traditional burger here). All have their own unique taste and twist so its hard to say which is a favourite so far.
I’ve tried to replicate Eddie special sauce from good burger.
I definitely think it might go to sauce for a burger now.
