What are some unheard of cookies?

I’ve been wanting to make some more unique recipes lately. It can be absolutely anything but my favorite flavors are things like caramel, cookie butter, cookies and cream, and cinnamon sugar (flavors that start with a C are amazing)

Help me find these cookies!!!

Hi! I got some “thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies” from tj maxx in NY a few weeks ago and cannot remember the brand! It’s a rectangular box with a mostly red design. I sort of remember it being a women’s name for the brand that started with an a or e but I could be wrong on that. They were the best thin and crispy chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had and I need to find them! Please help!

Pretzel Chocolate Chip cookies

Fourth of the four cookie menu. Michigan Cookie Barn. I like the square snaps pretzel over the mini pretzel topping but everyone enjoys them regardless of the style. Let me know what you think !

What Causes Spreading?

Here’s the recipe I used from ChatGPT. They tasted delicious, but slightly underdone/doughy in center even after baking on the higher end of what it suggested which was 350 for 11-13 minutes. I also refrigerated the scoops of dough overnight so why did they spread so much? I think I overcrowded them on the baking sheet for sure, but I used the cup trick to make them as circular as possible once they came out. I’m aiming for more uniform, thicker, consistent cookies.

Bomb pop inspired 4th of July cookies

These were delish and people really liked them. Thanks for the recipe u/letscookie it’s a nice departure from chocolate chip cookies. I thought nurses would be picky about the flavor but they went over well!!

How to make chewy cookies

I followed a banana cookie recipe online that required 1 banana, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and salt. I substituted 1/2 of granulated sugar with half brown and half cane sugar. I also added a little bit more flour than the recipe called for because the dough was too wet even after chilling for an hour. The extra flour seemed to make it more springy and stretchy than a regular cookie dough. I added some banana chunks because i wanted more banana texture. I baked them for 16 minutes at 350 F. The end result is somewhat like bread. It barely spread and the center is very fluffy (not even cake-like). The taste is pretty good but i just hate the texture. PLEASE HELP I REALLY WANT BANANA COOKIES!!!!!!!

Molasses cookies

Went to Kentucky down under yesterday, there's an Amish store in front of the place that had some good molasses cookies, decided to come home and make my own, they turned out good enough that I wanted to make my first post on this subreddit
