9in. Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake with American Buttercream and Butterbeer Sanding Sugar

My first New York Cheesecake! I let my whipped cream sit out too long, so please don't judge me on that! Which do you prefer?

Sugar cookie crust, birthday cake filling with edible sugar cookie cookie dough, topped with a white chocolate ganache, American buttercream with an edible image, and more edible sugar cookie cookie dough! Smash or Pass?

The most delicious cheesecake I've ever made! It was a serious labor of love, but I can't wait to make another. Call me dramatic, but yes, I legitimately cried when I cut it 😢

My Birkin desperately needs a soil change. It has given me 3 beautiful pups, but now the mother plant is shooting off smaller, all green leaves. Should I separate all the pups or just give her a much larger pot as a whole?

I did my research AFTER I formed my layers. Apparently I should've placed my moss (really coir, not moss) layer between the perlite and soil, but we will see what happens! Anything else I did wrong? 🙃
