Drugs Waste Life

My (me 57) ex who I loved very much and who I missed rather more than I would admit, and in his (M46) eyes, I who was the true love of his life died of an accidental drug over dose on a stop over in an an European city this week whilst flying home after a long stint on the ferries.

I am writing this because I have no one to talk to about it, I found out via a sms message from his family. Although we had been apart now for a number of years due his continued heavy drug use, I had thought he all but given up the drugs, but it seems not. We talked so much these last couple of weeks bizarrely.

What is hurting me now so much, that although he was not out, his family acknowledged to me I was the true love of his life, and what I am finding so hard today is that he died alone in a strange city.

I am breaking inside.

I was sucked out of a Ryanair plane window at 15,000ft, the crew did nothing while my wife saved my life... then all I heard from the airline was an email asking if I wanted to rebook
