I was happy to finally tacos 🌮 I missed out on San Diego while I was in Las Vegas.

I visited 3times during trips.

Jeyuk Bokkeum (Korean spicy pork)

lettuce , crown daisy , perilla leaf from the garden .

My mother in law made these kimchi for us.

Geotjeori (Fresh kimchi ).
Pa kimchi ( green onion kimchi).

When I was young , I ate kimchi made by grandmother and mom.
After getting married, mother in law made kimchi for us, I truly blessed.

I started making kimchi last year, taste not bad.
But I still have a long way to go before I can make it as well as they do.

I bought this at Lotte mart.
The sauce is included, so it's very easy to prepare—just add water as instructions .
The wasabi gives it a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
It was perfect after a workout on a hot day because it was quick, easy, and refreshing.
Today is so hot. 89’F
Perfect for lunch!!
I would definitely buy it again.

Beef deonjang jjigae

Beef ,potato, tofu, squash , anchovy broth base

Jin ramen .
Mild flavor.
