Stepped back into the lab today
-Chicken thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Frank’s red hot seasoning, and ranch seasoning
-Mayo mixed with Frank’s, dill pickle juice, garlic, and ranch seasoning
-Cooper sharp cheese (used a torch to melt/brown it a bit), avocado, and lettuce on Ciabatta
