Afterimages, Trailing, and Motion Sickness/Nausea

I have visual snow syndrome, and I see afterimages and trailing, especially when things move. Sometimes my vision feels like it can’t keep up with the movement, which makes me feel motion sick and nauseous. It’s really affecting me, and I’m worried about it. What can I do to manage these symptoms? Do other people with visual snow experience this too? I really want to find a way to improve or treat it because it’s becoming very difficult to deal with.

Looking for advice from others with severe motion trailing / palinopsia

I’ve had Visual Snow Syndrome for about 7 years, but recently my motion blur, trailing, afterimages, and palinopsia have gotten noticeably worse.
Because of this, it feels like my vision can’t keep up with movement anymore. When I move my hands or when objects or people move, I see delayed trails/afterimages following behind them. I assume many people with VSS experience some degree of this, but for me it has recently become severe enough that it makes me visually dizzy and nauseous on a daily basis.
I feel like my vision is constantly “lagging” behind movement, and it’s making me feel sick and uncomfortable during normal everyday activities. It’s honestly becoming really difficult to deal with.
Does anyone else with VSS experience this to the point where the trailing/palinopsia actually makes you feel motion sick or nauseous? If so, have you found anything that genuinely helps, even a little?
I’d especially be interested in hearing about things like tinted/chromatic lenses, neuro-optometric rehabilitation, vision therapy, medications, lifestyle changes, posture/neck work, or anything else that has helped reduce trailing or motion-related nausea.
I’m not necessarily looking for a complete cure — I’d honestly be grateful for anything that has made these symptoms even slightly more manageable.
