Anyone who lives there and can provide feedback on the building/area/amenities/anything at all? Looking at purchasing a unit but unsure.

I'm thinking of purchasing a unit at 2635 William Jackson Drive and looking for feedback from someone who lives there (own or rent) or knows of someone who does.

Edit to add that I'm specifically looking at the Maxx Urban Towns, completed in 2023 and co-developed by VanMar Developments and Trillium Housing. The specific units I'm interested in has the property manager listed as TSE Management Services Inc. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
