Most batches fail this piece because they treat it as a simple print. We took an engineering-focused approach to get the details right:

• The Fabric: Used 120-count Pima cotton for the ultra-thin mesh. Stacked onto a heavy knitted base using specialized machinery to ensure the retail drape. No rippling. 📐
• The Print: Swapped cheap heat transfers for the original "Paste Printing" process. This achieves that authentic "hazy" visual effect without the plastic texture. 🌫️
• Alignment: Customized logo proportions via CAD. The inner print and outer mesh are perfectly synced to avoid the distortion found in budget batches. 🎯
• Construction: Every neck label is hand-sewn by senior artisans. No "ugly" machine-stitching here; we kept the luxury ritual intact. 🪡
