Fascinating how bad pretty shrouds and fans on most cards so Inefficiently Designed
OK I find it absolutely fascinating how bad so many GPU manufacturers fam ASrock , Sapphire and pretty much the whole lot of them use absolutely terrible fan and shroud combinations that have terrible static pressure fans and most shrouds are terribly designed and stop hot air from exiting the the heatsink. Now if your in it for Pure aesthetic reasons and RGB is your thing and you basically like to show you PC of like a fish tank. That's totally ok. I for one am not a fan of the whole Zero fan at all till 50c or whatever, It does not apply to me for I make a custom fan curve but I just do not like the idea no air is blowing on all those components that could fizzy out under idle speeds. As for looks I could care less hate RGB beside on my keyboard since that is all I need to see along with my monitors and performance and longevity of my PC parts. I literally looked up the fans on my $550 ASrock rx 9070xt and they are so cheaply made Noisy and could move a ton more air! I am Going to do a good old Ziptie fan setup in a couple of weeks.
I Have everything I need in my Amazon cart so I am going with fans that are german made but go on quiet High performance over looks mentality and I have had a Great track record with them in all sizes. 1st off the Micro 4-Pin GPU Fan Adapter Cable 5$ so I can use the Adrenalin software to control the 2nd part, 3 perfectly sized ARCTIC P9 PWM PST CO - PC Fan, 92 mm PWM case high static pressure Fan each with own Cable Splitter, Fan Performance 250-3000 rpm, Static Pressure 3.12 mm H2O, Airflow 38.83 CFM with a current draw of .12 A. No worries of the fans getting too close to the GPU heatsink since the the 4 skinny fan motor support will prevent that. $27
I will make sure I do identical before modification and after Noise and Temp tests but i would not be surprised if what the card need at 3000 RPM this will do it at under 1500rpms. I will update you all in a couple weeks or so. I have been patiently waiting to order the 18 plus items in my cart all for my PC and it's at $966 but i am sure i may find a way to make that go over 1k, time will tell .
Cheers
