My brother ate my sister vomit and has no idea about it

Okay…so here we go I need to officially tell this story to SOMEONE.

I need to let you know my brother has no idea about this. To this day it’s a secret Iv kept because Iv never known how to bring it up or talk about it with him. At the time my brother was 10 and I was 12 and my baby sister was 4 and we were all at home together our bio parents are at work and I’m watching the kids till grams shows up. I made instant noodles for dinner and was feeding everyone the noodles, my brother went to the bathroom and in that time my baby sister started choking on the noodles. after a quick scream I started slapping her back hoping that works and waiting for my brother to get out the bathroom (my baby brother is hard of hearing so even if I yelled to him he would not have heard me) right before he came out of the bathroom my baby sister spit up the noodles in a bowl.

My baby brother came out of the bathroom and stood in the kitchen petting the dogs, I quickly got his attention and told him not to touch the bowl at the end of the table and ran to grab the phone to call our bio mom. I didn’t think to tell him about her choking/throwing up I just wanted a parent to tell me what to do next in that moment it happened all too quickly. I got back from being on the phone and noticed that the bowls were empty…..my brother was just sitting there asking if there was more and I asked him if he ate out baby sister’s bowl!? He said “yes- looked like she was done?” In that moment I had no idea if i should tell him or not and i didn’t get to make the choice for myself because my grams officially showed up to watch up/ bring our baby sister to be looked at after choking. [ she was on her way already to watch us but was running late and my bio mom had to go to work so I was in charge until she got there]

My baby sister is/was fine and doing great lol Truly everything happened so fast….should I tell the guy?
