Ħello, I got a firmware update notification today. I pressed update and now the Bp100 is just blinking from left to right (blue, green, green). It's been like this for 3 hours, no power to the dashcam or type c.

What can I do? It's only a few months old, was working fine before the firmware update. Pressing or holding the power button does nothing... The viofo app does not show the battery pack, even pressing add device, there isn't 1 to add.
