He really didn't age a day didn't he?

So one thing that makes me laugh with each re-watch is how at the end Grace literally looks the same, as he did at the start of the movie. I know in the book, it depicts him as older and weaker but I guess we can't have Ryan Gosling look older. But Stratt totally make her look aged haha. Still a good movie but he could have a bit more gray or maybe a cane.

So after new series came out, I went back and watched the show from the start.

I remember seeing the series finale but never really saw the last few episode as a whole.

So I finally watched all of it. The whole show still holds up, funny and even though theres some old tech and pop culture references. It feels timeless seeing this wacky, chaotic, somehow loveable family. Each character has some great character development and some great solo episodes.

Sure there are some episodes that feel repetitive and they honestly made so many problems for themselves that it makes you wonder if there even good people throughout the show but I think the writing and acting makes it work.

Lois's speech at the end really hits hard. The whole show you see them struggling and trying so are and theres always something in their way. So for her to see Malcolm as this hope not for them but the world, is beautiful. He could have taken a high paying job and help them that way but like she said he had to earn it.

All of this is aside from the new season. I'm glad we got it and sure they even said there that the speak was more of a suggestion rather then an actual plan for him.

So life is unfair but keep working hard and you can get through it.
