I keep trying to make out where the R and the x is, and what the designs are surrounding it lol need some help

did anyone try to order the Rx vinyl and shipping costs were more expensive than the vinyl itself? is this right???

Silly question but want to be respectful, lol.
I’m a white cis queer man, and Kelela’s music has truly been really instrumental in my political thought, action, and also getting me through really difficult times personally and environmentally with the rise of fascism and re-emergence of socially accepted homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, etc. Especially new avatar has been monumental in pushing me forward to fight for a better world (and better for myself too.)

I was wanting to get a small Kelela tattoo, specifically of her name that she uses on everything in Amharic on my rib. I wanted to see if this is culturally insensitive / something I shouldn’t do? I also got VIP on tour, and was hoping to show her a tattoo I got inspired by her work. Happy to hearing other ideas related to new avatar and/or Kelela as an artist or other thoughts :)

First and foremost I want to admit I’m a bit late to the Kelela train. I got really into Rave:n remix album, and then went back to each project. Raven is a generational album. And maybe it’s because this is my first Kelela release as a Kelelaien (sp?), but holy shit. This album had me sinking in my bed, shaking my hips, and bawling my eyes out by the end.

I’m a big fan of punk music and I think that’s possibly why this one really touched me, with grit in her voice in so many of the songs and the constant guitar. But is anyone else feeling this may be their favorite project of hers?
