Just curious what time zone Micro1 follows.

The purpose for this is understanding the cut off time for work. For example, it's currently 16th May 2026, 11:30AM Saturday here in Australia. However, NY time (Eastern Standard) is 10PM and Cali time (Pacific) is 7PM 15th May.

I understand that the cycle ends on the 15th May, but which time does it follow? Does my work right now still counts as part of the 15th cut off since it's still 15th in the USA, or will it follow my local time and get counted towards the EOM cut off?

Just got onboarded with the slack, hubstaff, deel etc.

I know we're gonna start with the actual projects this week, but when do I start switching on Hubstaff? I'm asking because I was going through the materials, project information, not to mention a brief meeting last Saturday. One of the guys brought the question while he was reviewing the materials.

Do I switch on hubstaff for these set ups and reviewing the project? I haven't done so with my onboarding and the meeting.

I hope I don't sound greedy. I'm just checking as this is my first project.
