CV review for finance

CV review for finance

Hello!

I want to go into finance but I don't know what exactly. I like the idea of becoming an actuary.
I don't have a lot of experience so here is my cv - please can someone review this? Does it sound too superficial/fake? i'm not trying to fake anything i just want the perception to come across as well intentioned from me to the recruiters.

I should note - 'salty dog interactive' is an online thing i set up, would it be wise to include? i felt like i did a fair bit of good stuff with it in my coding endeavours.

Thankyou.

Best way of making friends as a Uni Student over summer.

Hi all!

I'm 19, Male, and have lived in Surrey for over 7 yrs. More specifically I live northeast of Guildford. I enrolled at KCL and have been in London until 3 days ago.

Since returning home, I've noticed how few social connections I truly have back in Surrey, and how my school friends are immediately always 'busy' doing something. I've made a huge amount of friends at my uni, with a group I'm going abroad with hopefully later in the summer, so it isn't a me issue.

However, after looking around maps and forums there aren't very many places nearby for people my age (18-25ish) to gather and socialize, which makes making friends really hard! I was wondering if there were any recommendations of places I could look at? I looked at a lot of the chess clubs, for example, but most of the members tend to be well past their 30s, which ofcourse is no issue, but for making friends to hang around with outside of a club/activity would be one. A lot of the youth centres are for under 18s, leaving very little for people in my age bracket.

Many thanks!
