Does MRU have block week courses? How do you find them and register? Trying to finish my degree ASAP. Thanks in advance for your help

I can't login to my MRU email, whenever I try it says "Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy. Contact your admin for more info." What do I do? This is after creating a new password to login to MyMRU. I was a student in 2019, left school and am going back again this fall but can't open anything. I contacted IT but there has been zero response.
