Update from my around 2 weeks ago, so our parcel is officially declared lost. There was News about them unable to cope with the surge in delivery but I call bullshit on this.
How do you lose a parcel in their sorting facility, and their investigation did not explain why the driver took a photo of a random address and mark it as done.
