I've seen your marketing labels in shops in the fridges saying "same great taste" or words to that effect but you and I both know that just isn't true. You guys have done something to the flavour of your Regular Soy Milky and it's not great. I mean, it still passes but you've taken a step backwards and now you're almost in the same league as - and I say this with NOTHING but love and with absolutely no intent to cause offense - So Good. It brings me no joy to tell you this.
I'm genuinely not one of those people who seeks out feedback forms, much less for staple household beverages, but I had to make an exception here. Please, please go back to the old recipe. I don't care if you were putting Ratsak in it and that's what gave that unmistakable great taste; just go back to it.
Let's not gaslight me now by telling me you've done nothing to the flavour. I know you have. YOU know you have. It's ok; I still love you. Just please cut this nonsense out. Keep the red label if you absolutely must (although it does give it an oddly DPRK feel?), but just please give me back the flavour - formula, even - that you had before you changed the label and used it to smuggle in this betrayal. It's chicanery of the highest order and I'm not having it.
Like I said, the fact that I’ve gone to such lengths to write to you should be setting off klaxons at HQ. I am usually quite level-headed. If I’m here, it means the more volatile elements of your customer base have likely already cleared their schedules to begin drafting manifestos and scouting out your supply chain. For all our sakes, please, give us back the original formula.
