Cancellation

So I bought three cards last week for around £11. The seller clearly under-valued her cards and hadn't properly priced them up before hand. She sold around 20 cards all under value with the exception of a couple smaller cards. The three I bought had a value of around £70 combined.

It was clearly pointed out to her a few times that she needed to ask for more money but still didn't stop her from selling them for cheap and people bought them.

After a couple days I messaged as it still said preparing the package but didn't hear from her. Today was a week since I bought them so I messaged saying can I have an update but still nothing from her. I contacted whatnot saying I don't want to cancel my order so can you intervene. 20 minutes later she cancelled my order saying the cards were "water damaged" and she's very sorry. I was refunded.

I messaged her again today saying can I have evidence of the water damage. No reply. So I contacted whatnot again asking if they can ask her to provide evidence of the water damage as I didn't believe it but haven't heard from them since that message.

Has anyone else had this issue and what did or would you do?
