Almost as title says I need a VPN or residential IP VPN as the course I'm about to do requires me to be in the country for the entire time otherwise I'm getting charged for the course so as you can tell I'm bk techy but I believe I need a residental IP so it looks as tho I'm not out of country. Who/what do U recommend please?

I've searched this sub and there are no newish posted regarding my question other than a few years ago. Where can I go to buy cheap plain tees and get my designs printed on them in Bangkok please?
